Refund Policy

ElyIT is committed to student satisfaction. We want you to feel confident enrolling in our programs. The following policy outlines your refund eligibility based on when and how far you progress through your course.
Full Refund: Within 30 Days
Students are eligible for a full refund of all tuition paid within 30 days of the initial transaction date, provided the student has not completed more than half of the program content.
Note: The $35 Application Fee collected on your first purchase is excluded from this refund. It is non-refundable except in the event ElyIT cancels the course before it begins.
50% Refund: Before Half Completion
Students who have passed the 30-day window but have not yet completed more than half of the program may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of tuition paid.
The halfway point is determined by whichever occurs first:
- Completion of 50% of the scheduled program term, or
- Access or completion of 50% of the course content
No Refund: After Half Completion
No refunds will be issued once a student has completed more than half of the program term or course content, whichever occurs first.
Application Fee: Non-Refundable
A one-time Application Fee of $35.00 is charged on your first purchase with ElyIT. This fee covers administrative costs associated with establishing your student account and enrollment record.
The Application Fee is non-refundable in all circumstances with one exception: if ElyIT cancels a course or program before it begins, the Application Fee will be refunded in full.
In all other circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal, failure to complete the program, or extenuating personal circumstances, the Application Fee is strictly non-refundable regardless of when a refund request is submitted.
Extenuating Circumstances
ElyIT understands that unexpected life events happen. Requests for refunds outside the standard policy due to extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness, family emergency, or other significant hardship, will be reviewed and considered at ElyIT's sole discretion. A partial refund may be offered based on the circumstances presented.
